Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail boxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email box accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just choose the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
